Captain A. Kasey - Chief of Support Services
Captain Kasey performs administrative, managerial and supervisory duties supporting the Assistant Superintendent and the overall operation of the facility. She’s tasked with coordinating and developing all departments within the Support Services Division of the Hampton Roads Regional Jail Authority.
