Major T. D. Hatchett - Chief of Security

Major Hatchett performs difficult managerial, professional and administrative work while supporting the Assistant Superintendent in managing the overall operation of the Hampton Roads Regional Jail. While managing a major division of the Hampton Roads Regional Jail, she supervises the monitoring of the facility’s daily operations to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
