The Hampton Roads Regional Jail will investigate reasonable allegations of employee misconduct submitted by any citizen upon receipt of this form. It is our intention to ensure that all Hampton Roads Regional Jail employees conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner at all times. The Citizen Complaint Form is a prerequisite to the investigation of all allegations of employee misconduct.
